We first came across Mark working for his dad, Brian,
who was, and still is, the Real Meat Company Stockist for the Radlett area.
Mark took on the shop in the current site originally as "Wheathampstead Country Meats". As soon as he got
his chance, Mark converted the unit to turn it into a Real Meat Company Shop.
In his spare time, Mark is keen on gardening and golf.

Eric is the elder statesman, assists Mark on busy days and covers
for him on his day off.
In his spare time, Eric loves to watch birds of prey in their natural habitat, the great
outdoors.
